Did you know that the Microsoft research lab will be close, and it plans to layoff 21,000 workers.It says that its a another step of the new CEO of Microsoft to informal 18,000 jobs and 14 % of work force. It also says the if the CEO wants to reach his goal 29,000 more layoffs can be made in the next 9 months.In my opinion its kind of stupid to layoff 21,000 workers because then it will be hard for the workers to pay their bills such as: mortgage, home insurance, groceries, and etc.... I don't know what the CEO wants to do reach his goal but all this things he is doing will not benefit him in the next few months or the next couple of years. The reason I am saying this is because he closing down the research lab and giving layoff to 21,000 workers and thinking to give more layoffs in the next 9 months. If I would be in his place I would definitely not close down the research lab and I wouldn't let my employs get lay-offed, also I would be using a different way to reach my goal instead of using this way.
